The Frezna project’s coalition helped to empower 140 strawberry farmers and their ecosystems by:
👨🌾 Supporting farmers, ensuring access to social security benefits and medical visits for all workers
💧Guiding farmers on how to limit the environmental impact of strawberry farming. The project already reached on pilot farms:
10% reduction of water usage [From pilot group, targeting 20%]
15% reduction of pesticides usage [From pilot group, targeting 30%]
(3) 📝 Finally, training farmers on finance and entrepreneurial skills to improve their farming model
